   Participants must be able to apply numbers, listen, read, speak, and write in English at a proficiency level equivalent to the Employability Skills System (ESS Level 3). 2. Prior Training in Confined Space Operations:
   Participants must have successfully completed the Perform Work in Confined Space Operations course.
